About Us

Since 2009, Clinic MDCM has proudly served the Montréal community, beginning with our first location in the heart of Notre-Dame-de-Grâce. From the start, our mission has been to provide patient-centered family medicine that’s accessible, compassionate, and grounded in community care.

In recognition of our commitment and collaborative approach, MDCM was officially designated as a Family Medicine Group (GMF) by the Minister of Health in November 2016. This designation reflects our integrated care model, bringing together physicians, nurses, social workers, and other health professionals to support the principles of family and community medicine.

In 2022, we expanded with a second clinic in Westmount, in partnership with the family physicians of the St. Catherine Medical Group.

Together, across both locations, we are proud to care for more than 65,000 patients, continuing to grow with and support the communities we serve.

About Us

Mission

Through multidisciplinary collaboration, uniting the expertise of general practitioners, specialists, and health professionals, we are committed to delivering every member of our community seamless access to personalized, responsive, and deeply human-centered care. Grounded in the belief that health is a shared and fundamental good, we work together to enhance individual well-being and build a healthier future, starting today.

Vision

We envision MDCM as a pioneering force in Quebec, where medical clinics seamlessly integrate with the broader public system to offer timely, coordinated, and innovative care. By empowering clinicians, embracing technology, and staying deeply connected to our communities, we aim to create a sustainable model of care that supports both population health and professional well-being.
